Andrew Lavadera

Andrew Lavadera is the Senior Trial Attorney with Alex Yadgarov & Associates. On top of being a father and a husband, Andrew’s passion is representing injured people against corporations and insurance companies that put profits over safety and human life.

Andrew began his career clerking for the Honorable Espinales-Maloney of the Superior Court of New Jersey and gained first-hand experience in the judicial decision-making process. After working behind the bench and for and against insurance companies, Andrew learned that insurance companies follow the same business model—to take in money on premium dollars and pay out as little as possible to those who were harmed.

Today, Andrew prides himself on speaking with each client frequently to guide them through the litigation process during this challenging time in their life. By keeping in constant communication, Andrew learns how a victim’s injury drastically affected their life to better fight against insurance companies and bring them to justice.
